Cider Sorbet

Quick, simple, tasty!

Ingredients:

• 1 quart hard cider, chilled
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• optional: 1/4 - 1/3 cup juice concentrate (cherry, berry, etc.)

Process:

1. In a pitcher or bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring well.
2. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker, process according to manufacturer's instructions.

Once finished, transfer to a chilled container and store in the freezer.
