Beer Cheese Dip

This flavorful dip is perfect for pretzles.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 8 cloves roasted garlic
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp coarse-ground brown mustard seed
• 1 tsp hot Sauce
• 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 8 oz. hoppy beer (India Pale Ale works well)

Process:

1. Combine all ingredinets in a bowl. Mix well with a hand/stand mixer (or whisk) unti smooth
2. Refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to develop
