Look for Joe at the Festival of Iowa Beers, Sunday, August 31st, 2008, from 1-5 pm. Joe will be demonstrating the versatility of beers, ales and ciders as culinary ingredients, making such diverse courses as appetizers, soups, main dishes, and, of course, deserts! Cooking demo at 3 pm.
